By accessing and using UtilityList, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
UtilityList provides curated utility provider lists for specified addresses. We deliver human-verified information about electricity, water, gas, internet, and waste management providers within approximately 30 minutes during business hours (9am–7pm local time).
3. Service Level Agreement
We aim to deliver all lists within 30 minutes during business hours. Orders placed outside business hours will be delivered by 9am the next morning. While we strive for accuracy, utility provider information is subject to change, and we recommend verifying critical details directly with providers.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Payment Terms
All fees are charged in U.S. dollars. Subscription plans are billed monthly and automatically renew unless canceled. One-time purchases are charged immediately upon order creation.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis if we fail to meet our service level agreement or if there are significant accuracy issues with delivered lists.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided through UtilityList, including curated lists, PDFs, and platform features, is owned by UtilityList or its licensors. You may use the lists for personal or business purposes but may not resell or redistribute them.
8. Limitation of Liability
UtilityList provides information as a convenience and makes no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
